LOL, best unboxing video I’ve seen. You’re way funny, made the video enjoyable moreso.
im getting a dell inspiron 15 laptop for my birthday this year.=)
You have to go to the dell support website. http://www.dell.com and then support. You look up your model and then the manuals for your model. There will be explicit directions on how to take out they keyboard. Unfortunately it will be complicated. (i've done it before for my old dell laptop)
If the keys are sticky from a spill or food, and are causing issues, the best fix might be to replace the keyboard. Replacing the keyboard is typically not that bad of an install and it will fix the keys that are sticking.
You can order a replacement keyboard for your system directly from Dell at this link: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/I_O_Devices/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=NK750&mfgpid=190453&chassisid=8451
Here is a link to the Service Manual that will detail how to replace the keyboard: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1520/en/sm/keyboard.htm#wp1179980
Another option is to use an external USB keyboard. I do not recommend removing keys from the system because there is a chance that they will not be able to be put back on.
I hope this helps.
Nice unboxing bro im getting one too.!
Is there a reason you want to disable the track stick? If the track stick has failed or is causing problems it might be easier to replace the keyboard.
Here is a link to the Service Manual from Dell that shows how to remove the keyboard: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins4000/en/sm_en/remove.htm#999019
I hope this helps.

From Dell manual:
CAUTION: Before performing the following procedures, read the safety instructions in your Owner's Manual.
NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (such as the back panel) on the computer.
NOTICE: To avoid damaging the system board, you must remove the main battery before you begin working inside the computer.
1. Follow the instructions in "Preparing to Work Inside the Computer."
2. Open the display.
3. Remove the center hinge cover.
NOTE: You do not need to remove the left and right hinge covers.
4. Remove the keyboard:
1. Remove the two M2.5 x 3-mm screws across the top of the keyboard.
NOTICE: The keycaps on the keyboard are fragile, easily dislodged, and time-consuming to replace. Be careful when removing and handling the keyboard.
2. Lift up the keyboard and gently slide it toward the display.
3. Hold the keyboard up and slightly forward to allow access to the keyboard connector.
4. Pull up on the keyboard connector tab to disconnect the keyboard connector from the system board.

what happened?
Oh man where to start.
Well when I first got it I liked it. I was a little skeptic since it was a dell, but i enjoyed it.
About 4 days into using it, it became non responsive, and everytime I would put it to sleep or close the screen it would come up with the prompt windows didn’t shut down properly. Everything happened. IT just quit working to put it simply
New kboard has same symptoma?
Strange. Hopefully you did no tdamage the USB port as water and electricity do not mix well.
Try different USB port….unless your computer has the olds PS2 port.
you`re trying not to look to excited are you about you`re new laptop.
use a can of air
Thank you very much. I can repair by myself now. Thank you again.
If I dont want to use the phone part of the iPhone, is it different than the iPod Touch? What are the differences, besides the obvious phone part?
